We are unable to accommodate additional registrants due to space limitations. If, however, you are already on the program and still need to register, or if you would like to be added to the waitlist which we will consult in the event of cancellations, please contact homeoffice@ueru.org. Meal Selection
All listed meals are included in your National Conference registration fee. Please indicate which meals you plan to attend. Your responses will help us provide an accurate meal count to our catering team—thank you!
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to homeoffice@ueru.org. All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee.

Refunds will not be issued after January 9, 2026.

Registration may be transferred to another participant up to January 15, 2026. After this date, transfers will no longer be permitted.
AAC&U Annual Meeting Discount
National Conference registrants will also receive a discount of $150 off registration for the co-located AAC&U Annual Meeting, through the generous partnership of AAC&U. (The discount code will be included in the registration confirmation email for the UERU National Conference.)
